Question 1

Is CyberPhone legal?

Accepted Answer

CyberPhone hardware-modified spy phones are sold exclusively to authorized corporate, investigative, and compliance professionals for lawful use. Purchasers must confirm they have legal authority to monitor the target device and jurisdiction. Sale is conditional on acceptance of the Legal Notice, which prohibits unlawful interception, stalking, and surveillance without consent where required by law.

Question 2

How does a hardware spy phone differ from Pegasus spyware?

Accepted Answer

Pegasus, by the NSO Group, is software-only spyware that exploits operating-system vulnerabilities that Apple and Google continuously patch. CyberPhone embeds a dedicated surveillance chipset beneath the OS, so there is no exploit to patch and no software signature to detect. The surveillance persists across factory resets and OS updates and is invisible to every software-level security scan.

Question 3

Can CyberPhone surveillance be detected?

Accepted Answer

No. Because the intelligence layer operates at the hardware level beneath the Android operating system, no anti-virus, forensic suite, or OS security scan can detect it. There are no icons, alerts, or software traces visible on the device.

Question 4

What is hardware-level spyware?

Accepted Answer

Hardware-level spyware monitors a target device without any interaction from the owner — no link to tap, no attachment to open, no app to install. CyberPhone's hardware-backed approach needs no interaction at all: the surveillance chipset is pre-provisioned beneath the OS before the device reaches the target, so there is no payload delivery step.

Question 5

Who can purchase a CyberPhone?

Accepted Answer

Products are available only to vetted corporate, investigative, and compliance professionals. Every request is reviewed before procurement. CyberPhone does not sell to individuals for personal or unlawful use.

Question 6

What are the CyberPhone license prices?

Accepted Answer

Spyware for Phones software licenses are offered as a monthly license at EUR 39, a 6-month license at EUR 149, and an annual license at EUR 249. Hardware-modified phones are priced per deployment.
