All hardware-modified devices sold by CyberPhone are exclusively intended for lawful corporate compliance monitoring, authorised investigative operations, and sanctioned cyber intelligence activities conducted by qualified legal entities, licensed investigators, or corporate compliance officers acting within the boundaries of applicable law. Any deployment outside these authorised use cases is strictly prohibited.
These devices are sold solely for corporate compliance, parental oversight of minors, fleet monitoring with employee consent, and licensed investigative or law enforcement operations. Written consent from monitored parties is required where mandated by local law.
The purchaser bears sole legal responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local privacy laws prior to deployment. CyberPhone explicitly disclaims liability for any unlawful, unauthorised, or non-consensual use of its products.
Use of these devices for stalking, harassment, illegal surveillance, or any purpose that violates the privacy rights of individuals without lawful authority is strictly forbidden. Violation may result in criminal prosecution and civil liability under applicable law.
This Legal Notice applies to all products, services, and digital content provided by CyberPhone. By purchasing or using any product, the buyer unconditionally accepts and agrees to the full terms set out herein. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the engagement.
CyberPhone shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the misuse, unlawful use, or unauthorised deployment of any hardware-modified device. The company's total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. CyberPhone makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of its products for any particular unlawful purpose.
Certain hardware-modified devices may be subject to export control regulations under EU and US law, including the US Export Administration Regulations (EAR). The purchaser is solely responsible for obtaining any required export licences and ensuring that the product is not exported to embargoed countries or restricted end-users. CyberPhone reserves the right to refuse any order that may raise export compliance concerns.
All firmware, software, documentation, and technical configurations incorporated into CyberPhone products are proprietary and protected by international intellectual property law. Reverse engineering, decompilation, redistribution, or resale of any software component without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Legal Notice or any product sold by CyberPhone shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
CyberPhone reserves the right to amend this Legal Notice at any time without prior notice. The version published on this website at the time of purchase shall be the governing version. Continued use of our products or services following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
